As Stephen Dinan reports, the Biden administration is rushing to build an immigration system that will decide who gets to stay in the U.S. after promising to airlift tens of thousands of Afghan citizens out of their home country. It’s a serious risk, yet the effort is underway. Normally, it takes years to go through the Special Immigrant Visa process. It's now being fast-tracked and could bring hundreds of thousands of Afghan citizens to the United States.
