Charlie says Joe Biden is Barack Obama minus the pretty talk. Andy asks why Obama is even involved in the campaign, calling him poison for the party right now. Charlie says that while Trump may have a monumental battle in front of him, Democrats are very frightened and it was never more obvious than during Obama's convention speech.
